Thanksgiving Recipes:

     Whole Cranberry Sauce

     Ingredients:

          1 cup sugar
          2 cups cranberries (8 ounces)
          1 cup water

     Directions:
  1. In a sauce pan, combine sugar and water.
  2. Bring to boiling, stirring to dissolve sugar. Boil rapidly for five minutes.
  3. Add cranberries.
  4. Return to boiling, reduce heat.
  5. Boil gently over medium-high heat for three to four minutes or till skins pop, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  6. Serve warm or chilled. Makes 2 cups.
