Thanksgiving Recipes:

     Spinach Wheels

     Ingredients:

          1 roll Pillsbury croissant rolls
          1 8-ounce cont. of veggie flavored cream cheese
          1 16-ounce bag of spinach, cleaned and dried

     Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to the specifications on the croissant roll packaging.
  2. Open the croissant rolls and roll out the dough, pinching together the triangles to create one piece.
  3. Spread the cream cheese over the dough
  4. Lay the spinach over the cream cheese
  5. Roll the dough from one short end to the other. Then slice the roll into 1/4 inch 'wheels'.
  6. Place the 'wheels' on a cookie sheet and bake following the  instructions on the croissant roll package. Remove when 'wheels' are cooked and have started to turn a golden brown.
